Energize Your Life, LLC is a private nutrition practice in Monmouth County, New Jersey. We provide compassionate, patient-centered nutrition counseling to clients with a variety of health conditions. We are dedicated to helping people feel better with balanced, mindful eating.

We believe eating should be a joyful experience, and nourishing the body should be a priority. Some of our specialties include: disordered eating, chronic dieting, diabetes, gastrointestinal issues, and heart disease. 

Christina is our lead registered dietitian nutritionist and has a passion for health, wellness and most importantly, food! Her realistic and holistic approach provides a foundation and sustainable plan to live a healthier, happier and more energized life.
